Who we are

EPR Filing HQ is a service of Voraus LLC. Questions about this notice: hello@eprfilinghq.com.

What we collect

Only what you send us: the details in an EPR Check request or an email (name, role, work email, company and the business figures you choose to share), and, if you become a client, the packaging, sales and supplier data needed to prepare your reports.

How we use it

• To send your EPR Check and one follow-up.
• For clients, only to prepare your registration, reports and records.
• We never sell your information and never share our contact list.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Our email runs on Google Workspace.

Client data

Your packaging record belongs to you. We keep it confidential under our client terms and return or delete it at the end of our engagement on request.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. We act on opt-out requests promptly, usually the same day.

Changes

We’ll post any change here with a new date.
