Our guarantee
On time, or that year is free.
Conditions: data in by our date (April 15 for May reports) and sign-off within 3 business days of our draft.
- On time, or that year is free
- If a report we’re responsible for is late because of us, we refund that year’s fee and cover CAA charges caused by our delay, up to $2,500.
- Rejection fix
- If CAA rejects or questions a report we prepared, we fix it at no charge for you to resubmit.
- Court-pause credit
- If a court pauses a state’s program, the unused share of that state’s work carries over to next year.
How we keep it
We deliver your finished report file by May 15, two weeks before the deadline, with a submission guide made for your report, so you can log in, certify and submit with time to spare. Late reports can draw CAA charges, so we plan for slack rather than speed.
What it needs from you
- Data in by our date: April 15 for May reports.
- Sign-off from your authorized representative within 3 business days of our draft.
What it doesn’t cover
CAA and state fees themselves, delays caused by missing supplier or client data after our follow-ups, decisions about your producer status, which are yours, and any decision or outcome by CAA or a state. The guarantee covers our work, not a regulatory result. Full terms will be in our client terms before any payment is taken.
