# EPR Filing HQ

> Packaging EPR registration and annual report preparation for US consumer brands in the six Circular Action Alliance (CAA) states: Oregon, Colorado, California, Washington, Minnesota and Maryland. One flat yearly fee. The easy and professional way.

- **Scope:** We prepare registrations, collect supplier packaging specs, build the SKU-by-component packaging record and prepare every report with a written methodology. The producer decides its producer status and logs in, certifies and submits every report. We never log into client accounts, and we do not file, sign or certify reports for clients.

## Prices
- **Essentials** (up to 25 SKUs): **$3,900 per year**, all six states. $1,950 to start, $1,950 when the May report is ready for sign-off.
- **Standard** (up to 75 SKUs): **$5,400 per year**, all six states. $2,700 to start, $2,700 when the May report is ready for sign-off.
- **Plus** (up to 150 SKUs): **$7,900 per year**, all six states. $3,950 to start, $3,950 when the May report is ready for sign-off.
- **Catch-up year:** **$1,500 per missed data year**, all states.
- **More than 150 SKUs:** written quote. **Founding clients:** first 10 keep their price for 2 years. CAA and state fees are separate and paid by the client directly to CAA.

## Guarantee
- On time, or that year is free: if a report we're responsible for is late because of us, we refund that year's fee and cover CAA charges caused by our delay, up to $2,500.
- Rejection fix: if CAA rejects or questions a report we prepared, we fix it at no charge for the client to resubmit.
- Court-pause credit: if a court pauses a state's program, the unused share of that state's work carries over to next year.
- Conditions: data in by April 15 for May reports; sign-off within 3 business days of our draft.

## Key dates
- Jan 1, 2027: California, covered producers must participate in an approved plan to keep selling covered packaging there.
- May 31, 2027: Oregon and Colorado annual reports on 2026 data due to CAA. Our target: the finished report file plus a client-specific submission guide (annotated portal screenshots, exact values) by May 15; the client logs in, certifies and submits.
